Built in 2007 by Sue and Richard Nicol, designed by amazonails to be self-build friendly, and courses run by amazonails to build walls and do lime and clay plastering, shingle roofing. Barbara mentored the clients throughout, and they managed to build this gorgeous building for just £12,000 (not paying their own labour of course!)
