We designed this relatively small building for the allotments at Worsley Hall for BTCV, with Planning and Building regulation approval. It is similar to many of our community buildings, with car tyre foundations, loadbearing straw walls, lime render and clay plaster plus compost toilet.
The School of Natural Building ran a course to build the foundations, and the TCV volunteers finished them off. SNaB also ran carpentry and plastering courses throughout 2013.
